Anyone who writes conditions on some trail and attaches pics deserves +(thumb). But damn some of you gave him thumbs on - I've noticed this many times with others too. Tell him what's bugging you not just pile minuses like this. Pointless these thumbs, I don't like them.

PV, first congrats for the summit conquered, for comments and last but not least for wonderful photos, thanks for sharing them with others here on forum.
Otherwise fully agree with pikica1 about these thumbs. Already too much competitiveness and hatred among people, don't know why fuel it or pour gas on fire with these thumbs

When I was on top weather worsened - no great views, VDV, Planika and Kredarica, no Triglav. In 10 min all closed. Windy too so headed back down. Light rain caught me at ski slope... :-/

By the way, weather worsening from the west is forecast for Saturday. Maybe postpone Viševnik visit and go more towards the east. Wherever you spend that Saturday, have a nice time, nice and enjoy.

@majcen check post under current conditions Ratitovec. Couple pics uploaded by @tagec. Look at his third pic see Tosc and Viševnik not much snow, actually bare at least visible. Back big ones white. Think your 10yo no problem.

Yes, this encourages posting stupid questions. The other day one who used to post lots of useful stuff told me he's quit because he won't do kindergarten anymore, but I'm not of that opinion and still post stuff because reactions from the field are still very positive.

I don't see a problem if someone asks about conditions, if you don't know the answer skip the question, as for ice axe and crampons you need to carry them, even if little snow in mountains, because you feel safer knowing if it doesn't go you use the gear.

No snow on Viševnik (checked Saturday).
On path to Srenjski pass some snow in shady areas, but more for still life.

Today I was on Viševnik. Snow from 5 to about 20 cm, which on summit blown into cornices. Back via Srenjski preval, Zlate vode and Kačji rob. No crowds today. LP

We were basking in the warm sun on Viševnik today, no wind, sea of fog over the valley, no crowds on the summit. The path is uneventful, well-trodden. Descent from Viševnik... without skis.. is a real party anyway.
