There is no ramp at Srednji Vrh, only a traffic sign prohibiting further driving. From Korensko sedlo direction to Železnica you can drive up, a few cars were parked there on Saturday. Probably you mean the ramp in Belca valley, I haven't been there. Maybe someone else knows more...

Trupejevo poldne and Vošca - from Srednji vrh (conditions on 28.12.2015)

In the morning our acquaintance from Hribi.net surprises us already at the parking lot on Srednji vrh with news that hunters spoiled her plans with warning that bears are being tracked in the area, … then we also slightly adapt the original excursion plan and go along Jermanov potok and over Železnica to Trupej, (skip Maloški and neighbors), and instead of return over Hladnik, from Trupej along border ridge to Blekova planina and Vošca.
Path uphill along stream towards Alpe-Adria Trail markers is shady and cold now, from huts on last pastures onwards icy, over Železnica fully evenly snow-covered. At hunting hut we turn to sunny side and ascend Trupejevo poldne via west ridge, where some snowy and icy spots in shady parts require more caution. Ridge path from Trupej to Blekova planina without issues and followable, to Vošca again some snowy sections but trampled tracks show way.
From Vošca magnificent views all around now, we linger too long there, descend to planina to forest road, then try ridge - over Cena peak instead to Jurežova planina, logical shortcut to Srednji vrh, but it turns into adrenaline pathless steep forest adventure, … so don't recommend to hikers not used to off-trail and such orientation.
Srednji vrh above Gozd Martuljek, at the starting point - parking lot in the middle of the village1
on the path through the village - good 500 m along the road to the west2
behind Železnica - there where there is a dilemma which way to turn, on trees are square signs for Alpe Adria Trail3
such signs accompany us more or less the whole path, but are not as frequent as the blazes4
cart track path runs left and right upwards along Jermanov stream5
... further partially icy6
then ... cold and also quite snowy7
at hunting hut Železnica, behind it we seek the path to the sunny side of the valley and to the border ridge8
shady side of the valley with mountain Srednji vrh, over it the sun no longer shines into the valley9
on the sunny side above the hunting hut conditions are completely different10
on the ridge, along the former border to Trupej11

Nice circular tour. Start Srednji vrh -Jureževa planina-Vošca-Blekova planina-Trupejevo poldne-Srednja vas. Little snow no obstacle. Path unmarked but nicely followable. Recommended. Nice greeting

I was yesterday on the opposite hill Veliki Kurji vrh 1828m and we also looked at Trupejevo poldne, all bare, great views, just watch your step and enjoynasmeh The larches have mostly shed already.zadrega

Great weather that drew all mountain lovers outside. Today conditions allowed for many peaks, but since Trupejevo poldne was planned for some years, so off we went there.
Start in Srednji Vrh by Žlebnica stream. Nice path, but less crowded because it's longer. On this path the sun was pleasantly warming, otherwise we returned by the other one - along Železnica, where it was icy in certain places, a path that wasn't very pleasant for descent.
At the top - due to inversion, I could have stayed ... 360-degree views superb, really the right day to kick oneself in the assvelik nasmeh

Trupejevo Noon - Sunday: inversion right to the top, at summit almost short sleeves nasmeh. Views unique eek! Lots of visitors, even man's best friend showed up. And cyclists... velik nasmeh

Today headed to TP from Srednji vrh. Was first after last snowfall. On Železnica 40-50 cm dry snow. To Železnica took a bit over 2 hours (lucky had snowshoes). Turned at start of Železnica and postponed winter trip to TP to another time.
