Description:
Hochfeilerhütte is a mountain hut at an altitude of 2710 meters and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The mountain hut is located in country Italy 8 km west-northwest from the center of Oberlappach and 8 km east from the center of St. Jakob - San Giacomo. The nearest peak is Westlicher Hochwart - Monte Guardia Alta Ovest, which is located 1.4km jugo-jugovzhodno. 1.4 km northeast from the mountain hut there is glacier Weißkarferner - Vedretta della Quaira Bianca, 1.9 km north from the mountain hut there is also glacier Hochferner. Northeast of the mountain hut is the valley Schlegeisgrund.
