Hinterer Weißspitz

Description:
Hinterer Weißspitz is 3396 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 8 km east from the center of St. Jakob - San Giacomo and 9 km northwest from the center of Oberlappach. The nearest mountain hut is Hochfeilerhütte, located 1.7km south. Even closer is bivouac Hochferner-Biwak, which is located 1.5km to the north-northwest. Northeast from the summit there is glacier Hochferner, 0.5 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Weißspitzenferner. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Schlegeisgrund.
