Curuna Lada is 3079 meter high peak and is part of the Silvretta Alps. The peak is located 12 km south-southeast of Galtür and 13 km south of Mathon and 1.6 km south-southeast of peak Zahnspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Jamtalhütte, located 5km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Ehemalige Zollwachhütte. 3 km west from the summit there is glacier Futschölferner, 4 km west-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Vadret da Chalaus. The peak is located east of the valley Jamtal.
