Nördliches Fluchthorn is 3317 meter high peak and is part of the Silvretta Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Switzerland. The nearest mountain hut is Jamtalhütte, located 4km west-southwest. A little further is bivouac Ehemalige Zollwachhütte. 4 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Futschölferner, 5 km south-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Vadret da Chalaus. North of the summit is the valley Lareintal.
