Nördliche Augstenspitze is 3228 meter high peak in the Silvretta Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Switzerland. The nearest mountain hut is Jamtalhütte, located 3km northwest. A little further is bivouac Ehemalige Zollwachhütte. 0.9 km north-northwest from the summit there is glacier Futschölferner, 1.4 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Vadret da Chalaus. The peak is located southeast of the valley Jamtal.
