Rombon is really a wonderful mountain, especially because terrible unnecessary things happened there. Worthy of all respect and also the surrounding mountains full of countless memories.
Our hiking club was up there on 10.6. (http://www.pd-podpec-preserje.net/utrinki-z-rombona-10-6-2018/)
I comment mainly to say that the stamp was still on the mountain last Sunday, comment on "roberthr", why and for what purpose someone would take it down is again a question of conscience and behavior in the mountains.

I didn't even look if the stamp was at the top. Don't know why they take them? Is there some collector? Best to bring one like on Bavški Grintavec. Hope it's in place. Think they put it there last year.

First time on Rombon on Tuesday 28.08. starting from Kluže. Beautiful day, not too hot, great views. Long path, but worth it to climb this mountain. The alpine roses have already finished blooming for this year, I'll go see them next year. I see miri was on Rombon the same day. Did you find anything? Forgot my shirt and food box.
