On Friday, 30. 10. 2015, wonderful day on this mountain which played an important role in the 1st World War. To the summit from Kluž and descent to Bovec. In between, it was necessary to see also Herman's fortification, koto 1313, large caverns and Čuklo, so the day was almost too short. Path without peculiarities, views breathtaking.

Nowhere even a patch of snow. On the summit barely enough for one snowball, probably already taken. Enjoy if you head there.

Does anyone have any information about the current condition of the path from Kluž or from Zavrzelno, especially if the paths are dry or if there is still any snow?

The path from Kluž is almost dry. There is still some snow in the Vršičev section and on the summit. From Zavrzelno, snow is on the northwest side of Čukla and in the Nakla section, as can be seen from the attached pictures. These were the conditions on 28.5.2016.

Yesterday on Rombon from Kluž.
Really solid and nice tour. No snow, except a couple of patches along the path if you're thirsty

there are some fallen trees in one place in the forest.. behind the trees you have to turn up to the far right, that's how the marked path goes... no problem if you look carefully
I also hope my Slovenian is going well, I'm also from Croatia

But the difference is that I never lived in Slovenia....
I have 5 points left on the Slovenian Mountain Trail (and extended) and I've learned something...

Glad to hear that, Jani58, since I also didn't have to go back to Bovec on foot. I liked my path choice though (up from Bovec, down to Kluže), as I walked most of it in the shade.
