For the starting point we chose ČRNIVEC. At first the weather was not all that favorable, towards the top the sun also greeted us. Even if just strolling, it was not cold at all. The view also opened up to less and less snowy peaks, and a wonderful view far around. Not so much snow as the meteorologists tell us. We will repeat the not too demanding trip to Kašna planina - Kranjska Reber. We recommend to everyone sometime in spring time. LP nasmeh

Today the paths here were deserted,
as your hands diligently worked.
Retirees have more freedom,
we can choose the day for the mountains.

Yesterday was the perfect day for a circular trip Črnivec-Kranjska reber-Kašna planina-Črnivec.
The trip was taken from Stritar's Grintovci-Southern approaches. Trail well marked, enjoyable, summit very panoramic. Picking raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, blueberries.. From the top descent towards Lepenatka, past romantic shepherd's hut, to junction at Kal and then right on forest road. Can't miss it! Path very, very nice, worth repeating. Probably for me already in autumn.

Today I went to check the winter on Kranjska reber and it was quite real. There is not much snow, but still enough for a unique winter fairy tale. nasmeh
The path is normally passable.

Otiv, you nicely conjured this winter idyll for us and I even envy you a bit, since I've been "fighting" with illness for a whole month, so you brightened up this forced confinement at home a little. You still have a chance tomorrow to jump into nature somewhere, then better leave the primacy to weather adversities for a few days. ciao nasmehmežikanje

Today was a day for winter romance! From Črnivec to Kranjska reber, descent to Kašna planina and back to Črnivec on the snow-covered road. On the top a real Siberian wind was blowing, so the peaks in KSA only occasionally showed a bit. Otherwise full enjoyment. Wild, winter romance. I recommend, you'll enjoy it!

Edina, a really nice day was chosen, I felt that real childlike joy over winter nature, and no people, altogether I saw only three hikers. Holidays, as you thought, no, just one vacation day was taken. I have plenty of that!l.p.
