Yesterday to Boskovec via Požganija and on to Isteje and Mozirska koča. Very nice path suitable for summer because most of it goes through forest. The viewpoint tower on Boskovec has partially collapsed, hope they repair it in spring.
Question for experts: where does the path from the viewpoint (bench) lead if you go straight?

Sorry, no picture because I forgot the camera, the viewpoint is approx. on 2/3 of the way via Požganija, I went straight up towards Verbučeva koča, that path goes left if looking uphill on the path I took.

If I understood you right?
From the viewpoint (I attached photos) then towards Verbučeva koča a marked path branches left?? That's approx. 15min from the viewpoint.
That path leads to the ridge, then the path heads to Boskovec. You went past Verbučeva koča to Boskovec.
I think we understand each other now approximately.
So: to Boskovec you can go that path (LEFT) or past Verbučeva koča.

That's right, I went through the meadows to Boskovec myself, I'll also hike that left path, let's wait for snow so it'll be even nicer.

I can hardly believe that a month ago we were already having a snowball fight on Golte. It seemed like we'd jump from hot summer straight into winter, skipping autumn. But real autumn is here now too, not counting high mountains. Yesterday no sign of winter on Golte.
Path led me past first cable car pylon. By the way, pylons are 42 years old and so is Golte tourist tradition. On Kortah I stopped at bench, enjoying view and photos of wonderful autumn nature. From Golička loka over Bela peč past hunting hut up to Medvedjak. Sunny weather and good visibility rewarded with great view on KSA, Karavanke, Pohorje and more. Ski slopes prepared waiting for snow. Over Isteje along hunting path to Boskovec, signed 30th time this year, nice every time. Collapsing lookout tower fenced with red tape, beaten by time, saddened me a bit. Always climbed it gladly. Hope action for new or removal starts soon. Returned past hunting observatory, met game warden, hunting buddy. To Planinska ravan past Gostečega. Nice again, hope many more times.

Both of us glad you found your mountain trails again, enjoyed views from Golte and other peaks, recharged soul and body with all that was missing.

Today on Boskovec via Požganija. Snow up to 20cm. Still too little for any serious postholing, but it was nice anyway.
