Filtuidenkopf is 2993 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located in country Italy 0.6 km southwest of peak Vorderer Weißspitz - Cima di Sopramonte. The nearest mountain hut is Hochfeilerhütte, located 1.4km southeast. And bivouac Hochferner-Biwak is also close by. 1.7 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Hochferner, 1.9 km east from the summit there is also glacier Weißkarferner - Vedretta della Quaira Bianca. The peak is located southeast of the valley Zamser Grund.
