Napfe is 2507 meter high peak and is part of the Rieserferner Group. The peak is located 1.1 km east-northeast of peak Knuttennock. The nearest mountain hut is Affentalalm, located 2km northeast. A little further is Bacheralm. 5 km southeast of the peak there is lake Sankt-Josef-See. 3 km southeast from the summit there is glacier Fleischbachkees, 6 km south-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Lenksteinferner - Vedretta di Sasso Lungo.
