Graunock

Description:
Graunock is 2961 meter high peak in the Rieserferner Group. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Affentalalm, located 3km north. A little further is Bacheralm. 4 km southeast of the peak there is lake Sankt-Josef-See. 1.7 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Fleischbachkees, 6 km south from the summit there is also glacier Lenksteinferner - Vedretta di Sasso Lungo.
