Description:
Dreieckspitze is 3031 meter high peak in the Rieserferner Group. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Jausenstation Jagdhausalm, located 3km east-northeast. A little further is Bacheralm. 4 km southeast of the peak there is lake Sankt-Josef-See. 1.4 km east-southeast from the summit there is glacier Fleischbachkees, 5 km south from the summit there is also glacier Hochgall Ferner - Vedretta di Collalto.
