Today finally to Kladiva. Start from Matizovec, dom na Kofcah then to Kofce gora. For a change I took a slightly different path to Kofce g. today; first along the path to Veliki vrh, then where the "gully" to Kof. g. branches right, I went straight up it. Nice path, but definitely recommend using an ice axe. From Kof. g. along the ridge to Kladiva. @Rokson, as you mentioned, the path was really blown over, but still well traceable and sufficiently packed.
From Kladiv back to Kof.g., then along the ridge also to the west top of Toplar and Veliki vrh.
Weather in the morning until around 9-10 o'clock still sunny, then mostly foggy with moments of pale sun. Wind on the ridge bearable. Crampons necessary. Few hikers, met only eight. Summary: despite too little sun, nice tour

Today in better weather conditions I did a nice circular tour to Kladivo.
To experience the ascent to the mountain in full, you have to go from the valley up. So at 7am I already started from Jelendol 760m.
First a bit on the road, then into the forest with approximate intuitive navigation. Higher up I also used pathless logging with delicious forest strawberries, where I emerged at Gromov rob 1500m above Pl. Pungrat. Then a traverse right to the path leading to Škrbina 1869m at Pungratska gora. There it already started blowing colder, the sun only occasionally shone faintly through the clouds. Ahead I take my always most beautiful eastern ridge approach to Kladivo. The grass from Saturday hasn't dried completely, nor the mud, so it slipped here and there a bit, but a real mountaineer knows where it slips and loads the foot lighter there. At the top it was blowing so much from the north that it was quite cold for the time. On my path I met practically no one, except near the top. Some southerners asked me on the ridge what that peak at the end of the ridge is!?. Yes, Košutnikov turn!. They wanted to try to cross the entire ridge there!. But I tell them it's not close to the end of the ridge, and there are unprepared grass sections in between that are very dangerous for slipping when wet, afternoon thunderstorm with lightning can also appear. Eh, we'll just try....! But I think my own, because those who don't know exactly in advance what awaits them on the mountain and don't decide based on current conditions if they can handle the path, unfortunately are no longer among us. So I finished the descent via Pl. Šije and in between took a closer look at the terrain for winter ski touring descent. From Jelendol it's 1400m ascent and good three hours walk, if less, snack from backpack would be pointless. Lp

Late afternoon past Kofce along the ridge to Kofce Gora. Then further along the Košuta ridge to Malo and Veliko Kladivo. From the Kladivo summit I returned along the arrival route, on some ridge parts it was blowing in gusts, sometimes nothing, I soon used crampons and ice axe.

On Easter Sunday I caught the morning window of clear weather and headed from Jelendol to Kladivo.
With the car dry on the road to the cabin at 1050m, higher a bit below the junction only a military jeep came. There I went directly steeply into the gully towards Šija pl. A short sunny section was soon covered by fog and diffuse light between 1600 and 1800m, so I almost turned back. Luckily it cleared up higher, and in the clarity of clear weather a white sea of clouds appeared below. Behind me came the regular guest of Kladivo and his wife (recently they were among the first with Tomazin to pull the spur, previously avalanche danger). It was colder up top, but the slopes were also sun-crusty due to the sun with 3cm of new powder that fell yesterday. I stopped at the 2015m ridge, my mate walked to the summit and skied down, he is a good skier. From what I saw, the snow held well on the steep there too, although that crusty one was slippery. On the ridge we could listen to the muffled cannon-like symphonies of numerous avalanches that were releasing from the ridge into the northern cliffs. The descent was excellent despite the crust, below 1800m nice skiable rotten snow - slush mixed with water, lower in the forest nice south-facing crust, on the road to the car it was a bit sticky but flying ! Only two more went to those parts to Škrbina and Tegoška gora via Pungrat. Left of Kladivo off the ski track to the south two cracks formed, which will soon lead to a slab avalanche!.
May Easter bring you inner peace, harmony, restore the sense for the importance of spiritual growth with thoughts of Jesus, with the intention to originally approach the source of the creator, since from there life simplifies, solutions come to us by themselves, we live happier and especially spiritually... since that is what we are.

Are there really two Toplarji, as Tinky says, or does Toplar really have two peaks?

Double double in German/topelt/toplar for example, double hayrack. Why should there be only one. From afar the 2 equally high peaks are nicely visible. That's my opinion, hope we won't discuss this endlessly.
