Then it's easier.
Habjan's description isn't exactly a plan for Kinder egg puzzles; it still requires some sense. For the entry itself, it is important to find the memorial plaque he mentions. Anything else would be much harder climbing.

Usually complicates a bit in his descriptions. Even in this, not everything is the clearest to me, though I've been there often, e.g. "lowest part of the ridge" he mentions.
For access, it's best to turn just after the GRS hut on the little path to the streambed, cross it and go up. When the gully above gets steep, then right out of it and through the pines to the entry, which is hard to miss.

Even towards Sav. sedlo there is not much snow left.

Above Turska gora it has cleared up a bit.

Yesterday, on Sunday 30.6., to Mrzla gora from Logarska dolina via Okrešelj. Weather great, afternoon a bit hot but Mrzla gora remains very demanding as always. It was great nasmeh

Latvica looked almost snow-free, how it is further down I don't know, no one from this end to the top nasmeh

For Latvica I can confirm, we were Sunday in Hudi prasek. Snow for sample, all can be bypassed. Lower down sadly don't know.

No, but as far as pictures of others I saw, not even Latvica has snow, so it's unlikely that there's anything lower.

If there's any patch anywhere, it can only be under Skok, under Latvica. There you anyway go around above on the summer variant.
Already a month ago there was only one snow patch (under the chimney) to cross with an ice axe.

Hi,
The snow patch is only at Matkov's škaf. You can cross the latter without problem and go along the wall.

4. 9. 2019. After a long time we four set off to a bit more remote world. To Mrzla gora. From our ends quite some drive. And had to get up early if we wanted to hike the tour in one day and return home. Pleasantly surprised early morning in Ajdovščina at Petrol station when a really friendly guy checked tires and changed bulb that didn't light. It was 4:30. Pick up my two colleagues and drive to Zgornje Jezersko where we meet Nada who came from Dolenjska end. Day was as forecasted. Sunny beautiful. Clear atmosphere. And few hikers as mid-week. Just a bit cold. Below only 6 degrees. And not windy like on Vipavsko. At top we chatted with hiker we met on descent. He was faster than us. To Ledinski vrh on descent though planned Križ but changed mind because some were dislodging stones. From top of Mrzla gora white helmet was visible someone lost and probably stays in gully.
