Description:
Östl. Bankerjoch Spitz is 2831 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The peak is located 6 km east-northeast from the center of Obergurgl and 8 km southeast from the center of Zwieselstein and 1.5 km east-northeast of peak Schermerspitze near the border with Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Jausenstation Lenzenalm, located 6km northwest. A bit closer is Bankalm, which is located 2km to the east-northeast. 5 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Hangender Ferner. The peak is located above the valley Timmelstal.
