Kleines Horn is 2718 meter high peak and is part of the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The peak is located 1.8 km east-northeast of peak Hoher First - Monte Principe. The nearest mountain hut is Zwickauer Hütte - Rifugio Plan, located 5km southwest. Closer is bivouac Rauhjoch Biwak, which is located 1.2km to the south. 1.3 km west from the summit there is glacier Westlicher Seeber Ferner, 2 km west-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Gaisbergferner. North of the summit is the valley Timmelstal.
