Description:
Magdeburger Scharte is a saddle at an altitude of 3113 meters and is part of the Stubai Alps. The saddle is located in country Italy 8 km northwest from the center of Ridnaun - Ridanna and 9 km west from the center of Innerpflersch - Fleres di Dentro near the border with Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Teplitzerhütte - Rifugio Vedretta Pendente, located 1.8km southwest. A little further is Aglsbach (Sennerbodenalm). 0.6 km north from the saddle there is glacier Grüblferner, 0.9 km east from the saddle there is also glacier Feuersteinferner - Vedretta di Montarso. South-southeast of the saddle is the valley Ridnauntal.
