Didn't use crampons. Soft snow, and so much that all scree is covered. Path anyway routed/trodden a bit on its own.

@Lobnican, I can only tell you that there were quite a few ski tourers on Saturday,... judge the rest yourself.

Lobnican it's skiable down to the valley, don't know how it goes through the trees but obviously doable.

Today on Konj. Trail to Planina Dol packed, from there crumbles underfoot. From Planina Rzenik new trail broken, wind with snow filled most tracks. Snow partially firm but very uneven - held my 70kg in places, next step thigh-deep. Otherwise super nice.

As I wrote, route completely custom. In between along forest road to Jaška, then left back to Planina Rzenik.

The path to Konj is well trodden. Dry snow, almost no ice, maybe a little right at the start. If you're among the first the only issue is on the final part of the path, as wind at night blows it away and you might search a bit or sink in a little. Quite a lot of snow on top. 16. 1. (Saturday) it was lively on the path, as probably a few hundred visitors went to Konj.

The trampled path isn't a highway but a motorway, as one hiker must step into "ditch" when meeting to avoid closer contact. Of total 68 female/male hikers (56-68) and ski tourers (12-68) I met/overtook on whole tour (btw: lasted 2.26h with longer stop at Rzenik top 13 min), 14 wore mask or buff. Good stats!
