The nearest mountain hut is Edelrauthütte, located 1.9km east-northeast. Even closer is Eisbruggalm, which is located 0.8km to the south-southeast. 3 km north-northeast from the saddle there is glacier Gliederferner - Ghiacciaio del Gran Pilastro, 4 km north from the saddle there is also glacier Weißkarferner - Vedretta della Quaira Bianca.
