Haupenhöhe

Description:
Haupenhöhe is 3041 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Hochfeilerhütte, located 3km south. Closer is bivouac Hochferner-Biwak, which is located 1.1km to the south-southwest. 1.3 km southeast from the summit there is glacier Rötkees, 1.4 km south-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Grießferner. The peak is located southeast of the valley Zamser Grund.
