Winkelspitze

Description:
Winkelspitze is 3156 meter high peak and is part of the Rieserferner Group. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Barmer Hütte, located 3km south. A little further is Furtalm. 1.0 km east of the peak there is lake Sankt-Josef-See. 2.0 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Fleischbachkees, 3 km south-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Lenksteinferner - Vedretta di Sasso Lungo. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Defereggental.
