Lenkstein

Description:
Lenkstein is 3236 meter high peak and is part of the Rieserferner Group. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Barmer Hütte, located 3km south. A little further is Jagdhütte. 1.0 km northeast of the peak there is lake Sankt-Josef-See. 2 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Lenksteinferner - Vedretta di Sasso Lungo, 3 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Fleischbachkees. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Defereggental.
