Saurüssel - Grugno di Porco is 2727 meter high peakon which a cross stands in the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 4 km southwest from the center of Tarnell - Tarnello and 5 km south-southeast from the center of Tschengls - Cengles. The nearest mountain hut is Düsseldorfer Hütte (Zaytalhütte) - Rifugio Serristori, located 5km southwest. A little further is Gampenalm - Malga Gampen. 4 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Ofenwandferner/Vedretta del Forno, 6 km south-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Rosimferner - Vedretta di Rosim.
