Saumspitze is 3039 meter high peak in the Verwall Alps. The peak is located 3 km east-northeast of peak Küchlspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Darmstädter Hütte, located 1.9km west. Kartellhütte is also relatively close. 0.8 km east from the summit there is glacier Kartellferner, 3 km west from the summit there is also glacier Großer Kuchenferner.
