Description:
Hörndlen is 2664 meter high peak and is part of the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 7 km east-northeast from the center of Zwieselstein and 9 km east from the center of Sölden. The nearest mountain hut is Hildesheimer Hütte, located 1.5km north. Even closer is Winterraum, which is located 1.4km to the north. 2 km south from the summit there is glacier Hangender Ferner, 2.0 km northeast from the summit there is also glacier Pfaffenferner.
