Description:
Hohentrog is 2828 meter high peak in the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 5 km north-northwest from the center of Ridnaun - Ridanna and 6 km west-southwest from the center of Innerpflersch - Fleres di Dentro. The nearest mountain hut is Magdeburger Hütte - Rif. Cremona alla Stua, located 3km north. Closer is Grubenalm, which is located 2.0km to the east-northeast. 3 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Feuersteinferner - Vedretta di Montarso, 4 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Simmingferner. Northeast of the summit is the valley Pflerschtal Val di Fleres.
