Grabensprungspitz - Cima Fosso Alto is 3037 meter high peak in the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 5 km east-southeast from the center of Thal and 7 km south from the center of Morter. The nearest mountain hut is Höchsterhütte am Grünsee - Rifugio Canziani al Lago Verde, located 8km south-southwest. Closer is bivouac Töbrunn, which is located 5km to the north-northeast. 1.7 km east from the summit there is glacier Hasenohrferner - Vedretta d'Orecchia, 6 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Soyferner - Vedretta di Soi.
