The nearest mountain hut is Chemnitzer Hütte - Rifugio Porro, located 1.4km west-northwest. Alpenverein Ahrntal is also relatively close. 4 km north-northwest from the saddle there is glacier Östlicher Nöfesferner - Vedretta di Neves Orientale, 4 km north from the saddle there is also glacier Trattenbachkees - Vedretta di Dentro.
