Mittagskogel/Kepa

Description of peak:
Kepa, also known as Jepa or Mittagskogel in German, is a panoramic mountain in the western Karawanks, located on the border ridge between Slovenia and Austria. From the summit, where there is a cross (another one is located a little below the summit on the Austrian side) and below it a registration box with a stamp, a beautiful view opens up that stretches from the nearby Julian Alps, across the Carnic Alps, to the High and Low Tauern in Austria.
