Matterhorn

1. Matterhorn (Italian Monte Cervino) is a 4478 meters high mountain in the Pennine Alps on the border between Switzerland and Italy. Matterhorn is among the higher ones and one of the most recognizable mountains in the entire Alps. The camera is located on the top of Testa Grigia at 3480 meters height. On the image, besides Matterhorn, we also see some other four-thousanders and quite a few three-thousanders.

3. The camera is located at an altitude of 3883 meters on the summit of Klein Matterhorn. In the image, besides Matterhorn, many other peaks above the surrounding glaciers are visible. View of Matterhorn from the southeast side.

4. The camera is located in the Zermatt ski center at the Riffelberg railway station at an altitude of 2582 meters. In the picture we see Matterhorn from the northeast side.

5. View towards Matterhorn from the east side. The camera is located at the Gornergrat railway station on the eponymous peak at 3089 meters altitude.
