Description of peak:
Vodice (according to some records also Sv. Jakob) is a peak located in the western part of the Banjška plateau. The summit, on which the mausoleum of General Gonzaga stands, offers a beautiful view of the nearby Sveta Gora and the neighbouring Sabotino. On the summit and in its immediate surroundings, there are many military tunnels, caverns, etc.
5 minutes away to the north-west is the "Monument to the Eagles" (monument to the Italian Alpini).
