I'm wondering if you can get the stamp at Koča pri Triglavskih jezerih and at Planinski dom pri Krnskih jezerih now that they are closed? Is the stamp somewhere outside?

For the hut at Triglav Lakes I can tell you for sure that there is no SPP stamp anywhere outside.

He was on Triglav today at 3:06, and at the Kriški podi at 6:20. GPS transmitter unfortunately doesn't work reliably.

It's worth mentioning that in the last week we got two new runners on SPP. On Saturday Srečko Gomilšak finished in 12 days and 16 hours, yesterday Klara Bajec in 10 days and 18 hours.
So according to known data, now 15 people have gone under the magic 14-day limit.

He's already at Petrov Brdo, now sleeping, continues towards Idrija at 23:45, where they expect him around 8:20 in the morning. Currently on the trail more than excellent - he's 8 hours ahead of the plan for under 7 days. Plan for tonight is as follows: Porezen-Franja (2:30)-Ermanovec (4:10)-Bevkov vrh (5:25) - Mrzli vrh (6:40) - Idrija (8:20).

And also to all other runners and hikers who have and will hike SPP in one go! On the latest existing route, we also hiked it in one go this year. Now I really know how long the whole trail is. So once again, all congratulations to Marjan!

Hello,
I'm interested if it's specified in what order and direction you need to hike SPP to get the honorary badge? So is it necessary to start in Maribor or does it count if you start in Slovenj Gradec and go to Maribor. Do you need to write the date next to the stamp?

There is no order for collecting stamps. Everyone hikes and collects stamps according to their own ability and judgment. Next to the stamp in the booklet, the date of the control point visit is added, if it's in the hut then the warden's signature.
Otherwise, all this is written in the accompanying text in the transversal booklet.

Here I would now cumulatively warn about some sections of the SPP that, regardless of this year's natural disaster, are criminally poorly marked or not marked at all:
a) Grohot - Tolstovršnik - Rogovilec
b) Dobrča - Prevala
c) Rožca - Hruški vrh - Dovška Rožca
d) Izvir Soče - Kugy - Mlinarica - Log - Zadnjica.
I ask those responsible to live up to their name and not allow this unacceptable situation on Slovenia's most important mountain trail to continue!

To the above comment I would add the section Spodnje Jezersko - Dom na Kališču.
Due to extensive forestry works above Jekarica, there are lots of felled trees and consequently missing markers. We had to turn back because we couldn't find the path.

(my husband and I don't collect stamps, for some it's the path and goal, also good).

Here I'm discussing the SPT, because I think it's very important to maintain the oldest national connecting trail that has historical significance for Slovenian mountaineering, but which has unfortunately been very neglected lately, both on the ground and on maps.
