I recommend going up Kocbek ridge (path branches at Sedlec) descend via southern path to Kocbek hut and back to Podvežak.

That's the plan too, up via Mala Ojstrica, back via Kocbekov dom for a beer and to the car at Planina Podvežak! Thanks for the info, I'll report tomorrow how it was!

So, the day is over, as is my trip to Ojstrica... nice weather, but peaks unfortunately in fog, so no views... from Planina Podvežak to Sedelca and then via Mala Ojstrica to Velika Ojstrica two and a half hours moderate walking, the path is interesting, almost without protections which aren't needed anyway, plenty of holds, and the path is well routed, quite airy though, but couldn't assess exactly because foggy... back via path to Kocbekov dom at Korošica, path much easier than the previous, but some snow in places, southern and no problems... already looking forward to next tours, Špik, Škrlatica or Jalovec, all suggestions and opinions on difficulty and length welcome... On Saturday we went to Ojstrica from Robanov kot. Excellently routed and secured path. To the summit we took 5 hours via Mala Ojstrica and circular to Kocbekov dom. Weather excellent, very nice views. For return to Robanov kot 4.5 hours. Today a bit "musklfibra", but very nice memories remain.

Yesterday I was on Planjava and given that towards the top of Planjava especially in shady parts towards Kamniško sedlo there's still some snow, I assume the same for Kopinškova pot. The amount of snow is not much and it's southern so if you have some experience it shouldn't cause issues, but it's true conditions are not dry so higher slip risk (snow doesn't stick to rock, wet boots and rocks, bypassing snow patches...)

Thanks for the answer. I was there Saturday 15.9. via Kopinškova /some southern snow/, caution needed. Path is nice and not too demanding. Much more demanding seemed the descent to Robanov kot. Lots of chimneys and pegs and fine sand /slip risk/. Still a wonderful autumn day.

Don't bullshit!! Kopinškova isn't hard??!! That's the hardest approach to Ojstrica; path to Robanov kot is piece of cake. Yes, that's my opinion, yours above, so don't mislead others with it.

Everyone has their own opinion. I also agree with her that it's definitely more demanding to Robanov kot, because through chimneys it's much easier going up than down.

Probably this descent was down Žvižgavec. Also up it's very strenuous. The name tells it. More strenuous than demanding. And I agree ascent via Kopinškova is wonderful, descent probably more demanding. I descended via Škarje to Klemenča jama. Also this descent not a piece of cake because lots of scree. But it's like that, some path fits someone better. So please don't be impatient. We all have right to say our opinion. Good luck!

I "chewed" Kopinškova three weeks ago (otherwise already a few times).Descent over Škarje to Klemenča jama (meanwhile jump to Rjavički vrh).I have to agree with those saying it's strenuous and exposed via Kopinškova and this path certainly not for everyone. I say this so vertigo hikers and those not fit don't tackle it.

On Saturday ca. 10 cm snow on Korošica, also towards top some snow visible... With wife on Lučki dedec where perfectly scenic windy. On weather... New front and snow from east coming, weekend more snowy forecast, so careful. Or some lower peak!
