Today we headed to Ledinski vrh. Up through Žrelo, down via Slovenska pot. Before entering Žrelo you have to cross a snowfield (snow is soft and doesn't pose major problems) and a very loose scree (caution needed). In Žrelo there's another snowfield (winter gear), but it can be bypassed on the right side (easier climbing). Also one cable is broken. Extra caution needed. Slovenska pot is dry, protections in good condition. Nice regards.

Maybe someone knows how the following route is -> Češka - Žrelo na Ledine - Ledinski vrh - then to Babe and further over Jenkovo planina. From the above post I see the first part is no problem, what about Babe?

In Žrelu there's still one snowfield, which can maybe be bypassed with easier climbing on the right side. At junction for Baba scree is snowy, further to Baba dry. But how from top of Babe to Jenkova planina I don't know. Good luck and nice regards.

Yesterday (9.6.) we went from Jezersko via Slovenska to Ledine, then climbing to Baba, from Jezersko saddle to Ledinski vrh. Except for 2-3 negligible (completely south-facing) snowfields everything is completely dry. Winter gear not needed!
From Ledine we returned through Zrelo. This path is also dry - but note that below right after the end of Zrelo an avalanche practically took away part of the path. So that (short) part is a bit of scrambling on rocks and debris.

Today at 9 a.m. the parking lot at Ravenska was nicely filled, I get ready and go towards Ledine.
Via Slovenska, I overtake some boys and girls, then at the hut I notice no more Francija mrk pogled

But must say, the new ones are really nice people. I drink a coffee.
Go to Velika Baba via the secured path.
The path is without features. At the top I meet some people, drink, take pics and go to Ledinski vrh. There I make some pics and turn towards Storžek, climb it via the ridgelet, up I meet a nice couple, husband alpinist, wife not but still likes hills.
Chat a bit while husband assesses if they will descend by chimneys or follow me on the ridge back.
The ridgelet itself not bad, somewhere 2 to 3 depending where you rate it. Also here nothing special.
At 12:15 on Kranjska already many people, so much that there was no place to sit, drink radler and via Lovska to the valley.

Yesterday after a long time back to Ledine and the world above them that I love so much. Your heart skips a beat when you see the wooden benches and tables in front of the hut, above which larches still lean, where you can't just continue without stopping and rejoicing, in short, rest under the larches nasmeh

. The path further is like a botanical garden at this time, all the way to Jezersko saddle, where the view opens towards Mrzla gora and its surroundings. It's worth coming at least here, to Ledinski vrh it's just one more step and the world is in your palm. Just the right number of people, and all were friendly, as you can't wander here with a grim face.

There were plenty of stops yesterday on the way, lots of admiring, lots of good feeling, good energy. No heat was felt, a gentle breeze eased it.

Ascent via Slovenska path, descent via hunting path, which is excellently maintained.

Here some go to Slovensko, some to Žrelo.

I was on Ledinski vrh. Up through Žrelo, down via hunting path. Nice, 5 degrees at start, no wind. At Jezersko saddle paths everywhere you look, didn't know where else to go. So I wandered a bit around there.

Today was a beautiful day for a tour to Ledinski vrh. Starting point Ravenska Kočna. Up and down via Slovenska path. From the hut on Ledine to Jezersko saddle still quite some snow (good to have crampons and ice axe). It was a beautiful day offering wonderful views. Today only two of us on the summit. Slovenska path is completely dry except avalanche debris before entering Slovenska path. Nice regards.

@Janiel74, hope I'm not too late with the reply. I was last Sunday but from Okrešelj direction, access via mentioned starting point is relatively without major dangers. Small snowfield before entry above Savinjsko saddle, then small crossing of snowfield towards Jezersko saddle.

As for your path, when I looked from the hut on Ledine direction, there was still quite some snow but nothing dangerous, can easily bypass it and climb to the summit nasmeh

Sunday (1st July day) turned into a wonderful day, perfect for visiting mountains, although morning fogs still hid the peaks. Later they were just decoration. Walk to Ledinski vrh (Okrešelj, Savinjsko saddle) was botanically colored. Snow remnants shortened the path down. Quite a few visitors on top, but enough space for all.
