Hoher Mann is 2593 meter high peak and is part of the Villgraten Mountains. The peak is located 4 km west-northwest from the center of St. Magdalena - Santa Maddalena in Casies and 5 km north-northwest from the center of St. Martin - San Martino in Casies and 1.1 km south of peak Regelspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Barmer Hütte, located 8km north-northwest. A bit closer is Außerwegeralm, which is located 6km to the west-northwest. 9 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Östlicher Rieserferner - Vedretta di Ries orientale. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Gsieser Tal - Valle di Casies.
