Hexenscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2640 meters and is part of the Villgraten Mountains. The saddle is located 0.6 km northwest of peak Regelspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Barmer Hütte, located 7km north-northwest. A bit closer is Pichleralm, which is located 6km to the west. 7 km northwest from the saddle there is glacier Östlicher Rieserferner - Vedretta di Ries orientale, 8 km northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Hochgall Ferner - Vedretta di Collalto.
