Today climbed a wonderful ridge that takes you directly to the top of Kozjek. Descent via marked trail back to Socka. The ridge offers nice, sometimes quite exposed climbing grade I and II in good rock...cca 150 meters. Nicely spent Saturday.  Regards

Yesterday's visit to this part of the Carnic Alps.
The path is secured with cables in some places, which are very useful during the one-hour ridge crossing.
The ridge itself is sharp, cables in some places, mostly not. It's a combination of steep grass on the south side and crumbly rock on the north.
For the circular route we took cca 7 hours.

I noticed that all paths to Dom na Kališču are closed and dangerous due to the aftermath of the windstorm.

Today it's great here. Snow is a bit above the hut, but since tracks were made, there were no problems. The last ascent to the summit is gorgeous. Lp

Today via the Žirovnica trail to the summit. The barriers are raised, dry road to Valvasor. Snow on the trail starts at approx. 1400m. In the morning it was firm and very comfortable for walking. Above Prižnica we put on crampons and thus comfortably to the top. Since we were early, nothing gave way on the descent either. Actually…ideal conditions. Tip: be early.

For me personally the right branch is easier than the left one. There was once an 8mm rope up in the rock of the left branch that helped…

Today up via Furlanova and Otmarjeva. Return via Plaz. Balkon is currently unusable, just below the summit of Tura and on Plaz I notice new benches. Nice, new for me... you can see that I haven't been here for a couple of years. Lp

Today up the central route and down via Šentanec. We were one of the few, if not the only walkers on the mountain. Conditions TOP, but tomorrow everything will be different  Regards
