Description:
Weißkogel is 2505 meter high peak with a cross in the Verwall Alps. The peak is located 0.7 km south-southeast of peak Rifflakopf. The nearest mountain hut is Edmund-Graf-Hütte, located 3km northwest. A bit closer is Blanka Jagdhütte, which is located 1.1km to the north-northeast. 3 km north from the summit there is glacier Flirscher Ferner, 3 km north-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Pettneuer Ferner. West of the summit is the valley Malfontal.
