Großgfallkopf is 2639 meter high peak in the Verwall Alps. The peak is located 1.3 km east-northeast of peak Kapfkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Edmund-Graf-Hütte, located 4km west. A bit closer is Blanka Jagdhütte, which is located 2.0km to the west-southwest. 3 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Flirscher Ferner, 4 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Pettneuer Ferner. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Stanzer Tal.
