Monte Nelve

Description:
Monte Nelve is 1277 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.6 km northeast from the center of Provagna and 3 km east-southeast from the center of Longarone and 2 km north-northwest of peak Monte Toc. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Casera Ditta, located 4km east-southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Ricovero Casera Vasei, which is located 1.1km to the southeast. 3 km east-northeast of the peak there is lake Lago del Vajont. Southeast of the summit is the valley Valle Chialedina.
