Trattenjoch

Description:
Trattenjoch is a saddle at an altitude of 3011 meters in the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Chemnitzer Hütte - Rifugio Porro, located 4km south-southwest. A little further is Alpenverein Ahrntal. West-southwest from the saddle there is glacier Trattenbachkees - Vedretta di Dentro, 1.2 km north-northeast from the saddle there is also glacier Hornkees. North-northwest of the saddle is the valley Zemmgrund.
