Riffelscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2649 meters in the Verwall Alps. The saddle is located 0.5 km northwest of peak Vordere Rendlspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Niederelbehütte, located 5km south-southeast. A bit closer is Kartellhütte, which is located 4km to the south-southwest. 5 km south from the saddle there is glacier Kartellferner, 7 km southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Großer Kuchenferner. The saddle is located above the valley Moostal.
