Forcella Salta

Description:
Forcella Salta is a saddle at an altitude of 2002 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle to which the marked trail leads is located 0.2 km east-southeast of peak Cima Salta. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Casera Mela, located 2km east-northeast. A little further is Casera Pian dei Boi. 3 km southeast of the saddle there is lake Lago del Vajont. East of the saddle is the valley Val Cimoliana.
