Grmada above Celje

Description of peak:
What Šmarna Gora is to the inhabitants of Ljubljana, Grmada is to the inhabitants of Celjá. The hut mountain of Celje is located south of the town, above the village of Zagrad. From the top, on which stands a large cross, there is a beautiful view of Posavsko hribovje, Celje's Old Castle, Celje and part of the Savinja Valley. With good visibility, you can see all the way from the Julian Mountains, Karawanks and Kamnik Savinja Alps to Pohorje. At the top, near the cross, there is also a wishing bell and a registration box.
