1. Astberg is a 1267-meter-high peak above the Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski resort. The camera is located below the slopes of the mentioned peak at 1250 meters altitude. Nearby there is also the Blattlalm hut and the upper station of the Astberg cable car. In the image, besides the mentioned hut, the nearby Astbergsee lake and numerous surrounding peaks are visible. To the south, the Hohe Tauern with the Großvenediger peak are clearly visible, to the north the Northern Limestone Alps.
