Zgornja Ščavnica (Mlin Rožman) - Sveta Ana v Slovenskih goricah

Access to the starting point:
Leave the Pomurje motorway at exit Lenart v Slovenskih goricah and follow the road towards Austria or Cmurek / Mureck. When you reach the valley of the river Ščavnica, leave the main road at the marked crossroads and continue to the right in the direction of the upper Ščavnica and Svete Anna. Continue along the valley of the Ščavnica River and past the occasional houses of the Zgornja Ščavnica settlement, following the main road at the junctions. After the bridge over the Ščavnica River, leave the main road towards Sveti Ana and turn left towards Črnce. When you reach the crossroads where the road to the right turns off towards Mlin Rožman, you are at the beginning of the route described above. Park in a suitable place nearby.

Path description:
At the crossroads, you will see signs for the Anna Trail, which will direct you to a side road, where you will arrive at the Rožman Mill, located to the right of the marked trail, before crossing the bridge over the Ščavnica River. Continue over the bridge, and at the nearby crossroads, where there are direction signs, a bench and a rubbish bin in the middle of the junction, go right, again in the direction of the Anna Trail. There is a slightly steeper climb, but higher up the road becomes flatter and leads to a marked crossroads, where you go right in the direction of St. Anne (left Benedikt in Slovenske gorice, straight Lenart in Slovenske gorice).
The way forward is along the pavement, where you first descend a little and then start to climb. Higher up, we arrive in Sveta Ana v Slovenskih goricah, where a short road branches off to the left down to Oljarna Moleh, and we continue straight on, passing a few houses and a cemetery, to reach St Anne's Church.
From the church, continue on for another 10 steps, carefully crossing the road. On the other side of the road we come to a large shelter next to a nice viewpoint with a few benches.
