Access to the starting point:
Follow the Štajerska motorway to the Celje-center exit, where you leave the motorway and head towards Vojnik. Follow the main road to Vojnik, where you will soon see a Tuš supermarket on the left. Park here. If parking here is not possible, park at the beginning of Vojnik by the cemetery, this will extend your journey by 10 minutes.
Path description:
From Tuš, head towards Slov. Konjice and Dobrna, but follow the main road only as far as the landmark Hunter's Pub (on the right-hand side of the road), before which turn right. Then, on the right-hand side, you will see the first mountain sign. Follow this road until you see a house with an illustration of the Church of St James on Resnik. There, the signpost directs you to the left. Follow the road straight ahead in the direction of the Church of St Florian. At the church, a signpost points to the right, up the Stations of the Cross towards the Church of Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows. Here we are greeted by a magnificent view of the Vojnik, the Celje Basin and the Zasava Hills. Past the church, continue left along the asphalt road, which leads past several chapels. Follow the road past the homestead to a crossroads, where signs direct you left up the hill. At a sharp bend, continue straight into the forest, where you will find a well-marked path leading to a lookout point at the edge of the forest. Turn left here, past the benches into the forest. The path follows an undistinguished ridge and ascends and descends several times. Soon you descend to a dirt road and continue along it until you reach a junction with an asphalt road. Here a sign points straight ahead, and from here signs and markings lead you nicely to the Church of St Thomas at the top.
There are benches next to the church, next to which there is a box with a registration book and a stamp. Just below the church, descend the stairs to the Hut pri Tomaž, a mountain lodge open on Sundays and public holidays.

Danes šel po tej poti. Tisti markantni pub na začetku poti je zdaj hostel, sicer pa pot zanimiva, razgledna, raznolika. Morda manjkajo dve, tri markacije v gozdu, kjer je kar nekaj razpotij.
Priporočam,tudi družinam z manjšimi otroci.

Kljub slabšemu vremenu smo se odpravili na krožno pot iz Vojnika. Pot je dobro označena, zanimiva (z križevim potom), razgledna. Pod cerkvijo pa prijetna Koča pri Tomažu z prijaznimi oskrbniki (planinci).
